Who we are

AiTronetiX (“we”) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Contact: info@aitronetix.com, +27 67 241 8196.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, your message and technical data needed to protect the form (IP address and a Cloudflare Turnstile spam-check token). We use this only to respond to your enquiry, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Retention and Information Officer

We keep enquiry details for 12 months and then delete them. Our Information Officer is Veronica Paddy, contactable at info@aitronetix.com.

Cookies and analytics

We store your cookie choice on your device. If you choose “Accept all”, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure site usage. If you choose “Reject optional”, analytics stays off. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Third parties

Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery of form enquiries), Google (analytics, only with consent) and WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us there) may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
